AUDI IS ANNOUNCING NEW S line Editions for Audi A1, Q2 and Q3 for a limited time, further enhancing these already impressive compact models. The S line Editions feature a range of styling and design cues, and enhanced comfort and luxury, elevating these already accomplished vehicles.

With their extensive equipment and appointment upgrades, coupled with distinctive individual design, each of these S line Editions raises the bar and represents the pinnacle of evolution within their respective ranges and set the standard in the compact, premium segment. With EOFY fast approaching, the timing is perfect for customers to take advantage of the significant added value these upgrades represent for only modest increases in price over the models on which they are based.
New style in the A1 ranks
The Audi A1 35 TFSI S line Edition represents the ultimate incarnation of the ground-breaking A1 five-door, with more than $7000 added value on top for just an additional $2600 (Audi figures). The first time the S line exterior has been added to the A1 35 TFSI, it includes S line front and rear bumpers, side sills and a more-pronounced roof edge spoiler that further adds to the A1’s already sporty styling.
This is further enhanced by metallic paint and the black exterior styling package which sees the distinctive Singleframe grille and the trim on the front and rear bumpers in black. The Audi rings and badging are also finished in black while the 35 TFSI model designation badging has been removed from the rear of the car altogether.
Furthering the dark accented theme, both the roof and wing mirror caps are also finished in Mythos black metallic (body coloured roof and mirror caps for those vehicles ordered with Mythos black metallic exterior paint) and the A1 35 TFSI S line edition rides on 17-inch alloy wheels in a five-arm polygon design also finished in black. The A1 35 TFSI S line also features adaptive LED headlights including LED rear lights with dynamic indicators.
Inside, the S line Edition features sport front seats with lumbar adjustment covered in ‘Derby’ pattern upholstery, while leather appointed upholstery is also available as an option for $1500.
Audi is also offering an optional Comfort package for $1000, which adds heated front seats adjustable in three stages as well as two-zone climate control and an LED colour interior lighting package with 30 selectable colours.
S line treatment for Audi’s ultimate urban SUV model
The Q2 35 TFSI S line Edition injects the same arresting style and increased equipment levels into the compact SUV segment, the unique polygonal design of the Q2 perfectly lending itself to the sporty accents of the S line exterior, likewise offered in the Q2 ranks for the first time on this exclusive model. Starting at $50,900, the Q2 35 TFSI S line Edition adds more than $7000 of equipment value for just an additional $1500 over the standard Q2 35 TFSI.
Highlights include the S line exterior with full body-coloured paint finish in a choice of five metallic paint colours – Progressive red, Glacier white, Mythos black, Navarra blue and Daytona grey which is offered for the first time on the Q2 35 TFSI S line Edition.
In addition to the S line exterior which includes the front and rear bumpers and side sills, an extended black exterior styling package adds Single grille accents, trim strips on the side windows and front and rear bumper trims all in black. Likewise, the distinctive C-pillar blade and the wing mirror caps are finished in brilliant black and the Q2 35 TFSI S line edition rides on 19-inch alloy wheels in a 10-Y-spoke design that are black, gloss turned finished.
Subtle S line badging has also been added on the front fenders, while the Audi rings on the front and rear of the vehicle as well as the Q2 badging are also finished in black.
Also offered for the Q2 S line Edition is an optional Comfort package at $2150 which adds a number of additional items to further enhance the overall ownership experience. From the heated front seats that are adjustable in three stages, to the auto-dimming interior mirror, heated and folding wing mirrors, privacy glass and 180-Watt Audi Sound System, the emphasis, as the name suggests, is all on comfort. While the addition of Park assist, which helps steer the vehicle into parallel spaces, and the Hold assist for smooth exits from steep starts, only add to the Q2 35 TFSI S line edition’s everyday appeal.
New territory for celebrated Q3 models
The Q3 35 TFSI S line Edition ($58,500) and Q3 Sportback 35 TFSI S line Edition ($62,000) build on the aesthetic appeal of these accomplished models. Boasting an additional $3500 of equipment for the Sportback and over $5000 for the SUV variant for just $1000 over the price of the models on which they are based.
While the S line exterior package is already included on the Q3 Sportback 35 TFSI, the Q3 35 TFSI S line edition marks the first time it has been offered on the Q3 35 TFSI SUV. Both the SUV and Sportback also ride on distinctive 19-inch alloy rims in 20-spoke-V-design, with metallic and pearlescent paint finishes further enhancing their exclusive look with bumpers including full paint finish.
The extended black exterior package sees badging and exterior trim elements finished in black, and includes black roof rails for the SUV, while front door sill trims with aluminium inlays and illuminated S logo are now standard on both models.
Peace-of-mind for Audi owners
The new S line Editions come with a peace-of-mind five-year warranty, five-years Audi roadside assistance, and twelve years manufacturing warranty for bodywork against corrosion perforation for new vehicles.
Further, customers can purchase an Audi Advantage Package on top, giving owners the reassurance of knowing that their Audi is covered for a further two years and includes an additional two-year unlimited kilometre warranty, two scheduled services (added to the end of any existing service plan), and an additional two years of Audi roadside assistance.
