Jeep Australia has confirmed the release of two limited edition models; the Jeep Grand Cherokee S-Limited and Jeep Grand Cherokee S-Overland.
“S” versions aim at offering a distinctive performance and style look into Jeep’s most popular model in Australia.
Marking the return of the powerful 5.7L Hemi V8 engine, an exclusive release of 100 Grand Cherokee S-Limited models will be available in Australia from April 2019.
The Grand Cherokee S-Limited produces 259kW of power and 520Nm.
Exclusive to the Grand Cherokee S-Limited is an SRT Performance Sports Hood, Granite Crystal and Black Grille accented 7-slot Jeep grille throats, Gloss Black roof rails, Day Light Opening Mouldings and Mirror Caps giving it a bold stance.
Limited edition features continue inside the cabin with unique “Heritage” Leather trimmed seats paired with Liquid Titanium Accents and a Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof. The S-Limited is available in two exterior colour options – Bright White and Diamond Black.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee S-Overland is equipped with the high performance 3.0 V6 Turbo EcoDiesel engine delivering 184kW and 570Nm of torque.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee S-Overland has also scored a sporty and sleek styling update with darkened design appointments both within its interior and surrounding the exterior, including 20-inch Granite Crystal Aluminium Wheels, Premium LED Fog Lamps, Dual Black Chrome Trapezoidal Exhaust Tips and bespoke Granite Crystal fascia and appliques.
According to Jeep Australia, the S-Overland model adds over $9,000 worth of extras for only $4,500 and is now available in Jeep dealerships from $82,950 (plus ORC).
The S-Limited model adds over $15,000 worth of customer value for only $8,500 and will be available in Jeep Australia dealerships in April 2019 from $71,450 (plus ORC).
Both models claim a best in class 3,500kg maximum braked towing capacity.
